WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY TIME?

Custom engraved products are typically despatched in 5/7 working days.

Stock items are despatched within 2 wkg days.

Delivery estimates can vary depending upon works loading, the size of your order and stock availability.

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT ?

All credit/debit cards , BACS and Paypal.

Credit cards – Mastercard, Visa, Mastercard debit, Visa debit and American Express

 

CAN I HAVE AN INVOICE BEFORE I PAY ?

Yes place an order on line and select BACS as your payment method.

You will receive an e-mailed invoice.

 

WHAT DELIVERY METHODS ARE AVAILABLE ?

Small parcels are shipped via Royal Mail.

Larger items are shipped via UK Mail.

We have standard two day and next day delivery options.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER ?

Once goods are despatched - you can contact accounts@tieontag.com with your order details we can provide a tracking number where available.

 

I WANT TO PLACE AN ORDER BUT HAVE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD

From our website, log into your account via the login icon in the upper right. From there, click 'Forgot your password?' - an email will be sent enabling you to reset your password.

 

I NEED TO CHANGE MY CONTACT INFORMATION – HOW DO I DO THAT ?

Log into your account using the method above, find your address and click EDIT.

 

HOW DO I OBTAIN A COPY OF MY INVOICE ?

 You can find an invoice for your order by logging into your account and clicking "Order History' . Here, you can locate your order and print off your invoice.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ?

You would need to cancel in writing as soon as possible after placing an order to avoid any accumulated cancellation costs.
