Returns Policy

In the event of goods being returned, the buyer must obtain our consent before return – contact sales@tieontag.com within 7 days of delivery date.

To cancel the contract you must complete the returns form available from us by e-mail or on our website.

All returned goods should be unused, undamaged and, where practical, in their original, unopened and sealed packaging as delivered by the buyer and complete with proof of purchase (invoice, delivery note, bank statement).

The seller shall be under no obligation to give credit for goods correctly supplied and/or specially ordered by the buyer (engraved products).

The seller reserves the right to levy a 20% restocking/handling charge on any goods returned for credit.

Goods incorrectly supplied by the seller may be returned to the seller for exchange /credit by the buyer - provided the goods are returned within seven days of delivery date.

Any credit/exchange will be made only after receipt and inspection of returned goods.

No credit will be given by the supplier in respect of delivery, postage or transit charges levied by the supplier or incurred by the purchaser.

Damage/ loss in transit - no claim for damage in transit, shortage of delivery or loss of goods will be considered unless notice in writing is to both seller and carrier within 48 hours of delivery date / receipt of the goods.

Non-delivery – in the event of goods described in the order becoming unavailable, for whatever reason, the seller may by notice in writing to the buyer, cancel the contract.
